I've got to admit that I've kind of got a thing for meringues. They're light, with a little crunch and then they just melt in your mouth. So it's no surprise that I found another meringue recipe worth a try. This time I was craving the wonderfully chocolatey meringues that can be found at Whole Foods. Since the closest Whole Foods is about 30 minutes from here, I figured I'd try my hand at my own version, provided by Cooking Light of course.
The results were very rich and chocolately, maybe almost too chocolately for me. But for Dan, who doesn't really care for meringues, it seemed like it was hard for him to stay away. I don't think I'd try this recipe again, unless it was a special request from Dan.
