Admittedly, Christmas got the best of us. I think I spent just about every weekend baking cookies, making toffee and making the best Peppermint Bark I've ever had. Dan, however, spent much of his time sampling the many treats and helping out whenever I needed a hand.
I saw the recipe on Orangette's blog last December and held onto the recipe until this year. Admittedly, I was a little leary at first because I'm a bit particular about my Peppermint Bark, but once nicely chilled the bark was a wonderful treat.
