Now that we have a puppy to take care of, our free time has dwindled greatly. (You don't want to let a non-housebroken puppy wander around alone.)
Because of this, we have been trying to stick to easy meals to make so that we spend less time being distracted from keeping an eye on him. So when we saw the Sunset recipe for Pasta with Basil, Tomatoes and Feta, we knew we had to try it. (It also helped to convince us that we had a basil plant in our garden growing gangbusters.)
It's a simple recipe: Cook the penne and then add the hot noodles to a bowl filled with tomatoes, basil, feta, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
