As we've mentioned in recent posts, our culinary wells have been running dry. So we've been foraging magazines, the Internet and other places for interesting, simple meals.
This is another one of those. It's Patty Melt with Grilled Onions from Cooking Light.
The sandwich was very good and the Jarlsberg was a nice, creamy addition. I found the quarter-pound sandwich to be a bit generous on the portion size.
