Dehydrated Tart Cherries

While we were busy trying to preserve and use our CherryLand's Best Door County tart cherries, we thought to dehydrate some of them. We love dehydrated fruit, especially since they're useful in a bunch of baking recipes. Or they're great as a topping to a summer salad.

And, yes, they're even great as snacks.
