Pasta Salad

We recently were deciding on our menu for the upcoming week when we thought about the food we had in our kitchen. And Melissa suggested making a pasta salad. So we did.

We used black olives, colby cheese, green peppers, turkey pepperoni, red peppers, onion, Parmesan and Italian dressing. And pasta, of course. And it's simple: Cook the pasta and add the cut-up ingredients.

It was a fantastically easy meal that was fantastically flavorful. It's really a meal we should remember to make more often. Especially in the coming summer months when we'd like to do as little cooking as possible.
