Hoisin and Lime-Marinated Grilled Chicken

Tonight we're trying a new recipe. And not only that, but also we're going to try a recipe that calls for some more ethnic ingredients.

It's Asian-oriented, and that's generally one form of ethnic cuisine we don't try to cook with in our kitchen. Tonight will be different with this Hoisin and Lime-Marinated Grilled Chicken recipe from Cooking Light.

I've just finished adding all the marinade ingredients together and am letting them coalesce with that soon-to-be succulent chicken meat in our overcrowded refrigerator.
