Hoisin and Lime-Marinated Grilled Chicken

Well, we finally tried out the recipe the other night. And it was a fairly simple one, but it did involve a lot of time, most of that coming with the chicken being marinated:

After about two hours, it's ready to be grilled:

At the end, what you're left with is some delicious and juicy chicken with some nice Asian flavors. And they have some excellent grill marks, too.

To go along with the chicken, we made some green beans and some Trader Joe's Harvest Grains Blend, a mixture of Israeli couscous, orzo, baby garbanzo beans and red quinoa.

Our meal was very, very good, especially considering we shy away from making Asian-flavored foods in our kitchen.
