This recipe, from Eat Better America, sounded good. We love making frittata because it's easy to do on weeknights, and we lean toward ones with potatoes and other hearty ingredients.
So Cheesy Potato and Sausage Frittata? Where do we sign up?
Unfortunately, we signed up for bland (and we used more Egg Beaters than called for). Not only that, but also the consistency was not frittata-like until we added more egg product.
This is a great recipe to tweak and prod and come up with something individualized to your tastes. On its own, pass.
