Buffalo Chicken Baked Potatoes

I wrote about some excellent buffalo chicken we had recently and it spurred some creativity. The first recipe we thought of was quite simple. It combined this recipe with a weeknight stalwart: simple baked potatoes.

We went simple, and just made the chicken according to the recipe and then added basic baked potato toppings. And it was really good.

But you could fancy this up much more. Heck, we might do that, too.
