Bacon and Goat Cheese Chicken

We've been continuing our theme of being culinarily uninspired. So, yeah, we've been hitting up our friend Cooking Light pretty heavily lately.

But luckily she's been offering us some great advice. Among that advice was one for Bacon and Goat Cheese Chicken.


Creamy and juicy. Oh, and bacon-y, even if it could have used a little bit more.

Still, it was a good stuffed chicken breast recipe that can be made on a weeknight. That's a victory in our kitchen lately.
