Havarti, Dill and Bacon Grilled Cheese

A couple of weeks ago, Melissa took a trip to Brennan's Market, one of our favorite places to shop.

One reason we love it is that there are always free samples there. On this trip Melissa sampled some Wisconsin Havarti cheese that she had to bring home.

But what to do with it? Since this was a weeknight, something easy would work best: Grilled cheese. The ingredients list is below, but a recipe isn't really needed. (I hope.)

Havarti, Cream Cheese, Dill and Bacon Grilled Cheese
Natural Ovens Better White Bread
cream cheese
granulated garlic

The addition of the cream cheese helped solidify the creaminess of the sandwich, and the Natural Ovens bread was hearty enough to stand up to the flavors imparted from the dill and bacon.
