Easy Grilled Chicken Wraps

We wrote last week about our Memorial Day week grilling. And at the end of that week, we grilled out a bunch of chicken, making some for leftovers. (Some we used for kebobs.)

With the other chicken, we shredded it. That week, we used it as the foundation for some easy weeknight wraps. We included the chicken, Melissa's mayo mixture, bacon, romaine, and tomatoes in the wraps.


Light, bright mayo
1 cup mayo
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 tablespoon Sunny Paris seasoning
chives
