Southwest Grilled Chicken Wraps

Our second wrap from a couple of weeks ago was a Southwestern-themed one. Melissa made a great avocado mayo that paired well with our marinated grilled chicken.

On the first serving, we used pepperjack cheese, but found that the pepperjack overwhelmed some of the other flavors. So we recommend using a monterey jack cheese for the wrap. In addition, we stuffed in some sliced avocado, you know, just for good measure. :)


Avocado Mayo
1/2 avocado, mashed
1 cup light mayo
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
chives
parsley
